Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return

Log in to your account and go to "My Orders". Select the order you want to return and click "Request Return". You'll receive a return authorization number.

Step 2: Package Your Item

Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return authorization form inside the package.

Step 3: Ship the Return

Use the prepaid return label provided in your return confirmation email. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the item you want
  3. We'll process your refund and new order separately

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for all returns within the United States. We provide a prepaid return label that you can use to ship your return.

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
